Takashi comes from a long line of apothecaries and magic wielding warriors. His family became rather wealthy after his great-grandparents started a reputable pharmaceutical company in Japan that would be passed down to each first born child. Due to his family’s status in wealth, and influence the magical world, his family is very cautious about whom their children married. Backstory:- Pure Bred:
Takashi Nomiya, the perfect heir to the family company: Dispeller Pharmaceuticals. While his twin older siblings, Sayuri and Arashimaru, should have been the original heirs to the company, their grandfather thought Takashi to be the better face of the company.
Takashi’s father was quickly married to his mother to help cover up the fact she had just given birth to twins outside of marriage. This had been arranged by his grandparents as the Nomiya family had owned a medical equipment business, which the Sanjo family had worked closely with for many years.
When Takashi was born, his mother saw her marriage and children as a duty, rather than a true family after her previous lover died mysteriously. This left her as a cold mother, who didn’t offer much affection to her three children, so his grandmother took over as their primary caretaker.
Takashi’s grandmother took care of their every need until she was diagnosed with cancer when Takashi was about 7 years old. Their family was wealthy enough to allow for their physical needs to be met. Around this age, was when his father and grandfather would heavily invest in Takashi’s future--shaping and molding him into a perfect businessman.
- Best in Show:
Takashi would excel in many of his school subjects, being able to take college level courses by the age of 14 years old. Upon entering these classes, he was left rather lonely since he mainly interacted with people much older than him. Always dressed properly, studying extensively, and traveling along side his parents, and grandfather--he began to develope a taste for the finer things in life. Takashi managed to graduate from high school by the age of 16, allowing him to focus on continuing college, immediately working on his minor in Pharmacy, and major in business. This allowed Takashi to have a little bit more free time, but still kept to himself on the college campus.
- The Projects:
During his free time at college, Takashi would delve more into the arts of apothecary. The more he dug, the more he wanted to know...the more curious he got. He started to raise questions, then started to experiment more with potions, concoctions, and some truly awful things. Takashi was curious as to how these potions would react to humans. Money can buy you many things, especially if you know where to find it.
Takashi started to invest quite a lot of his ‘allowance’ into the Black Market, at first just purchasing severed body parts to experiment on. Even then, he wasn't’ satisfied. When he finally had a small vacation from college work, he got to tour one of the major black market spots in Japan with a long time servant of his. Seeing all the captive humans, and nonhumans stirred something malicious inside of Takashi. He craved to dismantle them...to try so many of his concoctions on them. He ended up purchasing a trafficked human, and a canine non-human, having one of his servants privately send them to his apartment.
These two were just the beginning. The beginning of many test, an attempt to recreate an ancient and almost impossible artifact. While he failed, he came close. These sins would weigh heavily on him, but gave him a thirst to continue to commit those same sins.
- Releasing the Leash:
As the family business continues to grow, his grandfather decided to give Takashi a chance to prove his worth. There was a city growing in size, and thus was a chance to make another expansion to Dispeller Pharmaceuticals: The growing land of Hajime City. Takashi agreed to take on the task, though nervous at first, and excited. Little did he know that his two estranged siblings would reside in there.

Death Fetish: Takashi isn’t the most stable individual, due to his projects and upbringing.
-The strong scent of blood will cause his sanity to drop by 5% with each post.
-When sanity is low enough (30% sanity or lower), he will actively hunt for prey.
-Demon blood will make him sick since he’s a human. (taking Heavy damage upon contact.)
No Smoke Area: Takashi is sensitive to smoke as it will make him slightly dizzy and a pounding headache. He also has bad eyesight.

Oh the Humanity: As you’ve gathered by now, Takashi is quite racist towards non-humans particularly animal type beings. This doesn’t help with the fact that Takashi is just a fragile human.

Golden Eyes: His work has given him abnormally beautiful golden eyes. Unfortunately, his eyesight is now rather poor. Everything appears blurry without contacts or his glasses. Sanity Meter: Through his studies, he’s committed quite a lot of sins...he takes medication to help keep his homicidal tendencies at bay. Certain things will trigger his sanity to drop.-Each day his sanity will reset to 100%, since he’s been able to take his medications. -When his sanity drops to 50%, his behaviour will become erratic and creepy. -When his sanity drops to 30% he will actively hunt to kill people.
Takashi’s Inventory:Pill Bottle (3): A bottle of pills containing incredibly strong pain pills inside. Takashi doesn’t usually carry a lot due to how expensive they are to create. Pain pills may not be fully effective towards larger beings.
Pain pills may cause small beings to pass out.
Can be used with Shift 2.0 to increase Active Time to 6 turns, but target will black out after.
If more than one pill is consumed by a target in a day, the target will immediately pass out for 5 turns instead of receiving a larger buff. Sanity Meter: Through his studies, he’s committed quite a lot of sins...he takes medication to help keep his homicidal tendencies at bay. Certain things will trigger his sanity to drop.
-Each day his sanity will reset to 100%, since he’s been able to take his medications.
-When his sanity drops to 50%, his behaviour will become erratic and creepy.
-When his sanity drops to 30% he will actively hunt to kill people.
Takashi’s Inventory:
Pill Bottle (3): A bottle of pills containing incredibly strong pain pills inside. Takashi doesn’t usually carry a lot due to how expensive they are to create.
Pain pills may not be fully effective towards larger beings.
Pain pills may cause small beings to pass out.
Can be used with Shift 2.0 to increase Active Time to 6 turns, but target will black out after.
If more than one pill is consumed by a target in a day, the target will immediately pass out for 5 turns instead of receiving a larger buff.
Status Effect: Enables target to move around normally with damage taken, any damage Heavy- Major will feel like moderates for the duration.
Active Time: Only lasts for 3 turns.
Uses: 3, but 1 per person.
Master's Rapier: Takashi’s trusted Rapier given to him by his father as a college graduation present.
Cannot use unless the item is physically on his character, in sim.
Damage Type: Slashing and Piercing
Damage Tier: Moderate
Injection Gun: A lightweight medical pistol. Injections should be placed at large muscle areas, such as thighs, and buttocks.
Requires medicine vials.
Takashi will NOT use the Injection Gun on those scared of needles.
Reach: Short range, 5 meters.
Uses: 3, until it overheats for 10 turns.
Casting Time: 1 turn to load medicine vial.
Healing Medicine Vials (3): Medicine carefully formulated to make wounds heal quickly.
Requires Injection Gun to use.
Effect: Heals 2 moderate damage per vial.
Uses: 1 per vial.
Anti-Medicine Vials (2): Poison carefully formulated to knock out targets.
Requires Injection Gun to use.
Effect: Will cause target to black out for 3 turns.
Uses: 1 per vial.
Steel Claws: Rings that he wears. They help him to summon Blood magic spells.
Damage Type: Slashing and Piercing
Damage Tier: Slashing = Minor, Piercing= Moderate.
Healing/Protective Abilities:
Hemo Orb: Through his studies he has picked up some blood magic spells. This is a blood shield that will protect him and others against oncoming attacks.
Any attacks that are Heavy or Major will be reduced by one scale damage.
Hemo Orb is NOT effective against Severe or Fatal attacks.
Status Effect: Can protect against magical and physical attacks.
Reach: 5 meter area.
Sanity Usage: -10%
Mana Usage: None to Summon, but when used:
Minimal - .5 Mana
Minor - 1 Mana
Moderate - 2 Mana
Heavy ~ Major - 5 Mana
Casting Time: 2 posts, (One post to summon, another post to use.)
Combat Powers:
Pierce the Heavens: A light based attack combined with his Master’s Rapier to give him boosted energy.
Can only be used with the Master’s Rapier.
Damage: Heavy piercing, physical.
Mana Usage: 5
Casting Time: 2 posts, (One post to charge up attack, another post to use.)
Combat Weaknesses:
Death Fetish: Takashi isn’t the most stable individual, due to his projects and upbringing.
-The strong scent of blood will cause his sanity to drop by 5% with each post.
-When sanity is low enough (30% sanity or lower), he will actively hunt for prey.
-Demon blood will make him sick since he’s a human. (taking Heavy damage upon contact.)
No Smoke Area: Takashi is sensitive to smoke as it will make him slightly dizzy and a pounding headache. He also has bad eyesight.
-Cannot use any items within the smoke duration.
-Cannot use healing or protective spells within the smoke duration, unless the shield is already active.
Oh the Humanity: As you’ve gathered by now, Takashi is quite racist towards non-humans particularly animal type beings. This doesn’t help with the fact that Takashi is just a fragile human.
-Physical attacks from animal-like beings scale in damage.
Golden Eyes: His work has given him abnormally beautiful golden eyes. Unfortunately, his eyesight is now rather poor. Everything appears blurry without contacts or his glasses. Takashi has a preference for glasses, since contacts irritate his eyes. (He only wears them when cross-dressing as ‘Black Rose’)
-Unable to do any magical attacks or heal during this time.
-Will be open to any attacks.
