Sugiura Miharu

Character backstory link:

Sugi served in the Witch Corps starting at a young age. Like many in the Witch Corps, she was orphaned by the war. She joined the Corps as soon as she was able, and has spent years piloting for them, as an Air Tanker, Logistics support and later, as a Bomber. During one of the many retaliatory attacks made by the enemy, she was caught in the blast from a Void Bomb, and flung from her own dimension, across the multiverse. After months of wandering from dimensional portal to dimensional portal, she went through one and ended up in Hajime. Far from home, and without an enemy to fight, what will she do here in Hajime City?

Facts and Quirks:
-Girl's got an appetite that has to be seen to be believed. Excess calories get changed into fuel for flight.
-Can (and will) eat inedible objects in order to keep a supply of materials for her internal nanoforge
-Was originally human, but got exposed to enemy nanotech that started rebuilding her body. The process is incomplete, but it did affect a number of things, including what she can and cannot eat, as well as how her body handles digestion.

Non-Combat Abilities:
-Process Fuel: Sugi can turn calories into Thaumic Fuel for her systems. This requires her to intake a monstrous amount of food to refuel from an empty tank.

-Process Materials: In order to create supplies, parts, and other things using her molecular forge, Sugi needs to have raw materials to draw on within her body.

-Triage: While she can't do more than bandage wounds and stabilise patients, she's pretty good at it. Several years of service as a battlefield ambulance instead of fire support has her medical training pretty good, even if she normally uses mundane medical supplies.

-Ambulance: Sugi spent a few years not as fire support, but as a battlefield ambulance. During the Afrikan Campaign, a surplus of Tanker class Witches and a shortage of vehicles had the Tanker class taking advantage of their... elasticity to ferry wounded from the battlefront to the hospital, inside their bodies. As such, Sugi can still carry patients inside her womb with her to a place of healing, after stabilising them.

- Generate Munitions: Sugi uses raw materials stored in her body, along with fuel in her molecular forge to create ammo. Bombs, bullets, blades, or whatever she needs. If she has the specs on it, she can make it. Normally used to refill her own ammunition stores. She prefers to use raw materials to construct ammo, as it's cheaper, from a fuel-use perspective.

Fuel Costs for creating munitions:

-Generate Materiel: Works just like Generate Munitions, but this is supplies. She uses raw materials stored in her body to create First aid kits, medical supplies, small hand tools, spare parts, even nuts and bolts. Normally used for a support and logistics role.

-Fuel Capacity: 110 Thaums of fuel
-Flight: Costs 1 Thaum per 4 turns
Sugi's engines allow her to fly. She's not the most nimble of fliers, she's not the fastest either. What she lacks in speed and agility, she makes up for with raw carrying capacity.

- Grenade Volley: Can be used once every two turns (1 turn to fire, one turn to reload.)
Sugi can fires off 3 grenades from her Grenade Launcher. She can hit targets 15 meters away. If flying, the target can be 10 meters away+ 1/2 her current height above target. Currently firing Training rounds (Inert metal shells).

-Shields: Sugi can use fuel to put a shield around herself, or a few people near her. the more hits the shield takes, the more fuel it uses.

Racial Weakness:
Shortage: Made of technology, Droids are very susceptible to electric attacks. Due to this, all electric based attacks cause a droid to be stunned for 1 round and take +1 Minor of damage.

Combat Weaknesses:
Fuel Level: Sugi is ENTIRELY fuel dependent and is not a front-line fighter. She can do some basic hand-to-hand, but her main role is to be support, logistics and indirect fire support. Without fuel, she cannot shield anyone, she cannot fly, and she cannot really do much of anything but run around with about as much combat power as an unarmed civilian. She's durable and can recover from a great deal of damage given time and fuel to do so. She's also a TERRIBLE shot with handheld direct-fire weapons. Rifles, pistols, lasers... if it shoots in a straight line, she is not going to use it, because she'll likely hit everything but her target.

Other weaknesses:

She is insecure about her appearance at times, especially when she's either processing fuel or when she's carrying a bunch of fuel. She started out human, and her body... isn't quite what it used to be. Most of the time she's okay with this, but her insecurities pop up at the oddest of moments. She's insecure and will seek acceptance while in a state where she feels she stands out. (As if the legs and backpack weren't enough.)
