Romo once was human but he was kidnapped and held captive in a black market lab that did testing on him and tortured his body to extremes. He was taken around the age of 15 and was held captive for a little over 10 years. The experiments caused him to mutate and was strengthened to be able to embody the spirit of a dullahan. Though successful, the procedure cause him to lose his mind and original personality. The only thing he can recall was a woman he spoke to everyday that watched over him. He can only recall this person being his wife but he can only vaguely remember what she looked like. Romo blames the lab for the cause of her death since he doesn’t remember that night but he was the one who destroyed the building when he became a new person. Now he’s just living his life doing what pleases him while still trying to maintain a steady image in society.

Combat Abilities:  
Romo has an inhuman regeneration rate but he does bleed and bruise and his body does have bones that break, however he doesn’t react to pain like normal people would. Broken bones and deep cuts generally will take a day to heal. Missing body parts will take longer. For someone of his physique, he doesn’t look like it but he could probably lift about 1.5k lbs. He can detach his head but this does cause more problems for him than help.

Romo is still more or less a human so detaching his head would cause him to lose sight of things immediately around him but can adjust after a while. Removing his head allows him to see twice as farther than normal humans. He also loses his sense of smell and taste. It does cause him to be immobile for a while as his body adjusts to the removal. It also takes a really long time for his head to reattach to his body, probably about 5 or more days.

Blood loss is as normal and wounds will emit black smoke. Even though he has a pretty quick reaction/reflex ability, he tends to not run or won't run very fast and is generally stationary when fighting.

He can rip limbs off.

Depending on distance he has thrown you, if its to the floor the impact will cause a great shock and heavy concussion if the opponents head comes in contact with the floor, might  also cause the opponent to pass out.

Like if he was to come into contact with copper or iron it feels like wax burning your skin. Extremely bright lights are also a problem for him. They can blind him temporarily (depends how long he had to look at it or it was in his eyes) due to the nature of his eyes. This causes a problem when he does surgeries since the equipment is so bright, he tends to wear tinted glasses when working, even then his vision is unclear for a while since the length of time he’s had to focus is so long.
