Hajime City Rental Information
Rentals in Hajime are very simple. All rentals are done based upon Prim count, being a simple 3$L per Prim. With such, we have a set limit each. It goes as the following:
150$L per week = 50 Prims
225$L per week = 75 Prims
300$L per week = 100 Prims
450$L per week = 150 Prims
Due to this, it allows a lot of potential for customization in the sim! Please note that this is not just for customization of an apartment! We allow individuals to also have shops, here in Hajime! These are shops that are run by a character within Hajime. Since Hajime is a growing and bustling city, we allow all individuals to be able to grow their characters in all kinds of ways. Not only does the weekly payment help the sim, but the roleplay which expands from such also assists the city to grow and continue to flourish!
Lastly, Hajime City also has Pre-designed apartments and shops for rent. These locations are already designed to have everything one could want for their shop, you'll just have to let a member of staff know that you wish for such a thing. Pre-designed locations are different from others as their pricing changes. Depending on the location of the apartment, we ask for either 50$L or 100$L just according to the amount of prims we have used for decoration or the amount of space at which we are giving. Pre-designed shops cost 75L$ or $125$L. Once again, it's for the same reason as the pre-designed apartments, depending on the amount of prims used and the amount of space.
