Dark Net Video On Youtube

A strange video pops up briefly on public sites such as Youtube and Vimeo. The video depicts a man being graphically tortured, with one of his eyes being removed. The only thing of the torturer visible would be a glowing whip, and in another scene, a hand, gripping a pair of needle-nose pliers while removing the man's eye.

The sites quickly remove the video each time. The few people who have seen the video consider it to be a fake. Rumors say it's real, and can still be found on the Dark Net.
