Kazoku-Kai Summary:After the disbanding of the Blue Skulls within Hajime, previous members have come together with a united bond in order to keep each other and new comers afloat. Using their already established businesses and knowledge of the game, a new Yakuza group stands. This group of individuals, growing in number, move forward to achieve their goals. As the current Oyabun [Leader] had said to their people: "We are a family, a unit. Your hopes are our hopes. Your dreams, are our dreams. Nothing will stop us from getting what we've all worked hard for."

What is Face? Your prestige, dignity, honor, respect, and your status. Within the Kazoku-Kai you must constantly uphold these things. You must never break under pressure. To faltar, is the ultimate sign of weakness.

RankingTier 1: OyabunSummary and Obligations: The Oyabun is the Head of Business and of the Family. This individual makes the strategic choices for future growth which would effect the entirety of the family as well as administer punishment for major crimes against the family.
Tier 2-1: Saiko-KomonSummary and Obligations:
The Business Advisor to the Oyabun and oversees the administrative functions of the organization. This individual also maintains control of the Law and Workforce aspects of the family. In the case of court activity or business agreements, this is the individual which will control whom gets what lawyer and organizes the pay of those within the family.
Tier 2-2: Wakagashira Summary and Obligations:
The Regional Manager and Overseer for the family. This individual makes sure and maintains the work of all Gashira, making sure they are supplied with what they need. Be it drugs, money, numbers, or just general goods and supplies, the Wakagashira is the one which the Wakagashira report to for updates on situations so that it may be passed up the chain of command.
Tier 2-3: ShateigashiraSummary and Obligations:
Overseer and organizer of the Gau and placer for the Shatei. The Shateigashira appoints new Shatei to their respective Gashira, placing them in their initial place of learning and work, other than gang activity. This individual helps maintain a major part of the Kazoku-Kai due to being head of Recruitment.
Tier 3-1: Gashira Summary and Obligations:
Those whom work directly under the Wakagashira, the Gashira run and operate their own businesses or branches to bring an income for the rest of the family. Of course, they get their own perks with each business they run. However, Gashira are responsible for teaching those under them, including Kanbu, Kyodai and Shatei which are placed in their care via the Sateigashira.
Tier 3-2: Kanbu Summary and Obligations:
The right had to their Gashira, the Kanbu work to learn what it meants to be a Gashira by following under their wing. Kanbu are subject to change Gashira every now and again to learn different aspects of what it means to be Gashira, for each one does it differently. Kanbu act as a guide and model for the Shatei and Kyodai.
Tier 4: KyodaiSummary and Obligations:
Those whom have proven themselves to the rest of the family and thus have gone through the Sake Sharing Ceremony with the Oyabun. These privileged few have now gotten to meet the leader of it all and thus can begin in assisting Shatei in their line of work as well as heling the Little brothers and little sisters find the path they seem best fit in among the family.
Tier 5: ShateiSummary and Obligations:
Newly joined to the family and learning their way, the Shatei are the youngest members of the family. Normally called "Little Brother" or "Little Sister".
Tier "6": GauSummary and Obligations:
The Grunts, The Mooks, The Thugs, The Soldiers. These individuals are the Gang force of the Kazoku-Kai Syndicate. They have no obligation to join fully into the family and can remain as mere grunt, being destructive and breaking some skulls or can work their way into the full Yakuza experience.

Why: A family which does not interact together will fall apart. There is respect given when it is shown to be deserved and one will never know if they deserve it if there is never a face to the name.
